Island Drive offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from approximately 359 to 1,008 square feet. Homes feature remodeled kitchens, air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets, carpeting, and window coverings.

Absolutely. Island Park sits along the Huron River directly across from the community and features riverside paths connecting to Fuller Park, Cedar Bend Nature Area, and Riverside Park. Nearby Fuller Park also connects to the Border-to-Border Trail, giving residents convenient access to a larger network of walking and biking paths throughout Ann Arbor.
