Our community has a Home Near "U" Guest Suite, which is a furnished apartment that can be rented to friends and family of current residents on a daily basis, up to seven days at a time. This can be a nice alternative to a hotel, as it offers many of the same amenities, but with the convenience of lodging within the same community as friends or family

The Guest Suite is available on a reservation basis. There is a nominal charge for each night's stay. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis, with residents getting priority.

Island Drive is proud to present our Fitness Center and Internet Cafe. We believe with it's new state of the art fitness equipment and relaxing lounge it will surely be a place to relax, relieve stress, and socialize with neighbors and friends.

As a resident of Island Drive Apartments you will receive an electronic membership key that will provide you with free access to these facilities 7 days a week. Residents under 18 years of age may not use fitness equipment

The Fitness Center is open: Monday thru Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
